SB 1162 — California Is Now Requiring Pay Data Reporting

California Senate Bill (SB) 1162 requires, among other things, annual pay data reporting. The California Civil Rights Department has recently an updated FAQ section for the upcoming 2023 reporting year. We call to your attention the following:
