1. Personal Information Collected and How It Is Collected.
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service. You may be invited to create an electronic profile in order to use the Service by which you may provide to us personally identifying information including, your name, e-mail address, home address, and Social Security number. We may also collect other information, including, without limitation, job title, rate of pay, production company name, address, phone number and any other information that you or the production company that you work for chooses to provide to us (collectively “Submitted Information”). If you choose not to provide certain requested information, you may not be able to use the Service. 7. Children’s Privacy Statement.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records. Because we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, we also do not knowingly distribute such information to third parties.

Please be aware that your information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province or country. If you are located outside of the United States, please be advised that we process and store all information in the United States.
If you reside in the European Union, your information will be protected in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). If there is any conflict between this policy and the GDPR, the GDPR principles shall govern with respect to those residing in the European Union.
