Feature Films require third party CPA review 60 days or less after filming.
Getting Started
Completed applications should be submitted no less than 60 days, but not more than 180 days prior to the start principal photography in Montana.

The allocation amount is based on an evaluation of all of the project's elements and how they best fit the goals of the grant.

Fiscal Year 2016 Submissions must be received by midnight on the deadline date: January 15th and April 15th; reviews will be completed by the 1st of the following month; decisions will be announced soon after. Availability is subject to funding.

Montana offers Resident Filmmaker Grants of up to $50,000 and Development Grants of up to $50,000 for resident filmmakers or production companies
