1.Will you be hiring locals in any of the following Canadian provinces? *

Productions hiring locals  in the provinces listed below may be required to purchase (mandatory) Workers' Comp coverage through the Canadian provincial government, depending on certain conditions. 

British Columbia, New Brunswick,  Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories or Nunavut,  Newfoundland

Registration is mandatory. Contact us. 

Manitoba, Saskatchewan

Registration is mandatory for hiring local crew, contact us. If so, contact us. 

Yukon

Registration is mandatory if working in Yukon for 11 days or more/year. If so, contact us. 

*Once you have finished submitting your Foreign Work Form request and if this requirement applies to your Production, kindly contact us at (647) 725-3009.

2. Will you be hiring non-locals in any of the following Canadian provinces?*

3. Will employees on our payroll be around or engage in any Hazardous Activities? (ex. Stunts, Investigative/Exploratory Journalism, Pyrotechnics, Water Activities etc.)*
